By using Congress Tier List ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Congress Tier List provides email alerts and analysis based on publicly available congressional stock trade disclosures (STOCK Act filings). We aggregate, rank, and deliver this information to subscribers.

Not financial advice

The information provided by Congress Tier List is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the information we provide. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any politician's trades does not guarantee future results.

We are not registered as a securities broker, investment advisor, or in any similar capacity. We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that the email address you provide is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with daily trade alerts. After the trial, you will be moved to the free plan (weekly summaries only) unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment is required to start a trial.

Paid subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
  • By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Founding Member pricing ($79/year) is available only during the trial period for the first 500 subscribers and is locked at that rate for as long as the subscription remains active.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, you will be moved to the free plan.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Data and accuracy

Trade data is sourced from public congressional financial disclosures. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Filings may be delayed, amended, or contain errors at the source.

Our tier rankings and performance metrics are based on our own methodology and should not be taken as objective measures of trading skill or future performance.

Service availability

We aim to deliver email alerts reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Emails may be delayed or missed due to technical issues, email provider filtering, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from delayed or undelivered alerts.

Intellectual property

All content, analysis, tier rankings, and site design are the property of Congress Tier List. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission. Underlying trade data is public record.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Share your paid subscription content with non-subscribers.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our emails or website.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Congress Tier List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses from trades made based on our information.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
